Hi, I'm Eb!

I am passionate about walking alongside people to help make sense of their experiences and feel empowered to create change within their story. My therapeutic approach is client centred and I value communication, creativity and play.

I am informed by a range of disciplines including psychodynamic art therapy, phenomenological art therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, recovery focused framework and Polyvagal Theory. I also integrate a combination of psychoeducation and practical skills to reinforce the resources you already have to overcome challenges.

I have experience supporting NDIS participants in group and individual art therapy sessions. I have worked as a Lived-Experience Peer Worker and Group Facilitator, and as a group DBT skills Facilitator. I have a passion for supporting clients who have autism spectrum disorder (ASD), borderline personality disorder (BPD), anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and acquired brain injury (ABI).
I have completed my Master of Mental Health (Art Therapy), Diploma in Art Psychotherapy, and DBT skills training.

I believe that everyone has the right to live a self-determined and fulfilling life, so I am here for YOU, to work on the goals that are important to YOU.
