Coping Skills Pinwheel

This coping skills pinwheel is a fun and interactive way to help kids practice their coping skills.

When we are upset, it can be hard to know what we need right there in the moment to feel calm again. This pinwheel is a great way to have some pre-prepared coping skills that usually work for us or our child that we can draw on when we need them.

It’s always a good idea to try out different coping skills when you’re not upset, so you know which ones might help you feel calmer instead of making you more dysregulated!
